Thirty Flirty & Thriving!

I had the best 30th Birthday! I had a fun spa day with my mom and sister!

We had pedicures at Cameo!

I had a maternity massage at Fetal fotos

I had a delicious lunch with my mom and sister

Aaron was so thoughtful and gave me the best gift. He did a box of my top 30 things about me... Lets just say it made me cry, it was so thoughtful and meant the world to me. I seriously could not love him more!

Let's just say at my 30th Birthday I didn't think I would be 37 weeks pregnant!

We had a false alarm on Saturday night that we believe was brought on by heat and dehydration. I started having contractions 5 mins apart and then they moved down to 4 and 3 mins apart. There was a heavy snowstorm and the roads were awful so it was a difficult decision to venture out to the hospital. We got there and checked in about 10:00 pm. I was dilated to a 3 and having contractions about 3 mins apart. We waited a couple hours and I didn't progress so they thought it was early labor and gave me a morphine shot to stop the contractions and sent us home at 3:00 am. At that point we were both so tired that we were relieved that we could go to bed but we were disappointed Lucy didn't get to join the gang that night. We did the walk of shame out of the hospital and slowly my contractions stopped. Now we are just waiting for Lucy to join us when she is ready.
