Lucy Jean @ 8 Months

* Size 3 diapers
* Sits up by herself really well
* Fitting into 6 month clothes
* Started eating puffs (learning to like them)
* 3 solids a day - loves yogurt and fruit . Most veggies she gags
* 2 naps a day
* 2 bottom front teeth
* No movement of crawling or standing content with sitting
* Hated formula - I tried to give her a few ounces of formula and she thought it was disgusting
* Breastfeeding 4 times a day
* Loves baths
* Loves toys that are in a box or container and can pull them out.
* First time in a swing - she is not a daredevil she didn't love it like Lucas loved it.
* Happiest/content baby
* Bedtime 7:30

Lucy Jean @ 7 Months

* Lucy offical got her 2 bottom teeth

* Very Playful

* She does a fake laugh and cough to get your attention

* Lucy can sit up

* Eating Solid foods 3 days a day

* She is finally growing out of her 3 months clothes..... sad

* Loves taking baths with Lucas

* 2 naps a day at 10:00 and 2:00 sometimes at home for both or at least one

Lucy Jean and 6 months

Lucas is THREE!

I can't believe my little baby boy is 3! He has been the highlight of my days. I can't believe i'm so lucky to be his mom. His speech and language has improve in the last couple months tremendously. Lucas spoke a lot of jibberish and would think he was actually talking to you. I was getting a little worried but sure enough he started talking and repeating words in June and its taken off since there. Even though i'm glad he is improving it makes me sad to see him grow up. He loves to climb at the park he wants to try everything the big kids try. It scares me but I try and let him do things so he can learn and grow. He started pre school at Foxtales preschool in our neighborhood. He will go 2 days a week for 2.5 hours. Even though it will be nice to have me and Lucy time it makes me sad to leave him. I know I have attachment issues. He because a big brother in February and has become pretty good friends with Lucy. He will give her kisses and giver her toys. The connection between the two is seriously my favorite. I can tell they will be best friends. Lucas is still not potty trained, he really has no interest in it yet. I'm waiting patiently to see if he starts to show a little bit of interest. I'm hoping in the next couple of months. Lucas loves friends always trying to hold hands and go play on the playground. Lucas is a very busy and active boy but I would not have it any other way.

He decided he wanted to be big boy in June... no more stroller, no more high chair, no more nap but I still make all this happen its just sometimes a fight.
